Meet Ashley
Realtor® | Salesperson | East HawaiʻiAshley Ponce was born and raised on the island of Molokai, a very special place that plays big on how she lives life by, how she makes connections with people, and where she pulls strength from.
Throughout her middle school and high school years, she worked in her auntʻs store and restaurant, which was her start in the customer service industry. She had a love for fashion at a young age and started that journey in college where she worked at a clothing retail store and enrolled in fashion classes at the University of Hawaii at Maui College. Ashley received her associate's in Liberal Arts and decided to put fashion on hold.
For four years she worked for the airlines as a customer service and cargo agent in Molokai, Oahu, and Hilo. Ashley moved to Hilo in 2016 and became a stay-at-home mother in 2018. As she was a stay-at-home mother, she became an insurance agent.
Kou Hale Realtyʻs broker, Keolani Keawe, helped her family purchase a home and inspired her to become a real estate agent. As her family lived in and renovated their home at the same time, she was pushed even more to enter the real estate industry.
Ashleyʻs goal is to help guide locals to invest in owning their land and living in a home they can call their own. Eventually, she would love to move back to Molokai, raise her children, and help her community in real estate. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, Hula, and work on fashion.
