About Khammoui Louangrath

I am fortunate to live and work in beautiful Kailua Kona, where I help sellers sell their homes and buyers relocating find their place here on the Big Island. My journey in real estate started back in the ’80s when I bought my first home in South Dakota, and in the ’90s I experienced both the joy and hard work of developing a piece of land in South Kona.

I’m a former teacher, so I’m big on details and making sure my clients always feel supported and informed. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and I do my best to keep the process smooth.

In between escrows, you’ll usually find me writing children’s stories and strolling through farmers’ markets.
